You’ll be joining me, Lisa Carey, a certified fitness trainer and former professional athlete. I’m passionate about fitness because it helps me feel more alive and allows me to enjoy the things I love doing, especially with my family.
All you need is a chair and a towel or yoga mat to start right where you are, appreciating each movement at your own pace. We team up together, within our own comfort zones. Don’t push if something feels uncomfortable. Just listen to your body, especially if you’re recovering from an injury. This is for you.
